Related to 498a case and how to save me and my family from my wife

Sir, I am Koushik Pyne from Bolpur Santiniketan. I am a Teacher by profession. My wife is a clerk of a Govt. Office. I married this year's February month. It is my second marriage. I am a divorcee. It is second marriage of her too. Her husband died due to taking poison. They told me lie at the time of marriage that her husband died due to stroke. After staying with me 4 months she went to his house and forced me to leave my house and gave threatenings to file false case against me and my family. I was in fear that time. She came back to my house after staying 3 .5 months staying at her house. But now I am scared if she lodge false case against me and my family. I have put a G.D. at Bolpur Police station stating her desertion and giving threats. I also gave an e-mail to DM of Birbhum. Are all these helpful for me in future to safe myself and my family from 498a case? Please suggest. How can I save myself and my family? Her family always support her.
see sir its very unfortunate but Indian matrimonial laws and related laws are particial towards girls or wife. but there definitely way to everything and that is why we advocates are here.
You have done rightful thing by lodging GD and giving email to DM. I will suggest you to keep all proof and evidence like phone recordings n all. and also to keep lodging FIR against her on every occassion she harassed, threat or do anything not right. Do mention name of her family members helping her get n this.
Secondly write letters to human rights and women protection cell and women right cell narrating entire senario and how she is playing and threating you people.
