Registration Of Court Case Or Court Tranfer

Me and my husband are staying in bangalore ,due to some family arguement he left to stay with his parents and under their pressure he has sent a legal notice for divorce with false accusations ,however we have a defense statement with restitution of conjugal rights .i wanted to know if i can register my case here in Bangalore so that we can avoid going to ongole court andhra pardesh for future preceedings ...since i got married at his hometown ,still i wanted to know if we can register the case here in bangalore court or if we must go to Ongole court Andhra pradesh if they have registered already ...if not is there any chance for case to get transferred from AP to Bangalore

Dear Madam You have two options one get it transferred by approaching Supreme Court and secondly file RESTITUTION OF CONJUGAL RIGHTS in Bengaluru. You may file Domestic violence case and Maintenance case also in Bengaluru

You can file a case in Bangalore even though you were married in A.P. For transfer of cases between two States, you have to file a Transfer Application in the Supreme Court, Delhi as only the Supreme Court has power to transfer a case from one State to another.
