Regarding wrong affidavit rajnish vs neha in DV12 Case

Dear Sir/Madam, my wife under DV12 case filed wrong rajnish vs neha affidavit to claim more maintenance. How can I inform this to court? I know that she has good bank balance and property in her name but I have no proof. Can court pass any order against my wife for bank enquiry or property enquiry to concerned authorities to know the fact or I have to arrange theproof of her assetsby myself& submit to court. My wife mentioned thatI have property but she alsohas no proof of same,how can she prove

Direct the respondent to file a proper Rajnesh v. Neha affidavit with supporting documents; call bank/employer/Sub-Registrar records; take adverse inference on non-disclosure; consider respondent’s earning capacity; and, if falsehood is established, initiate perjury proceedings.” Do not wait for “enquiry by authorities” on its own—move these applications and provide whatever leads you have (bank branch, employer name, property location, PAN).

you should file a petition of perjury under section 307 of crpc so she filed a wrong affidavit in court she has good financial standing and property in her name bit you have no proof of the same itr returns have to be filed in the maintenance case

dear client if your wife has given the wrong affidavit before the court concern regarding her liability and assets so you have the option to challenge that affidavit by means of 340 sometimes the court may order for further information regarding her liability and assets

for any property you have to conduct one inspection done by advocate either at registrar office if urban property if that's rural property you have to conduct investigation online for khatauni , for any bank balance court can summon the Bank Manager to appearance infront of the court.
