Regarding visiting Rights for my husband

10-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)

If court orders to send my son to my husbands home on weekends and if i don't send even after the order is passed. Can my husband go to police station and lorge a complaint against me. Will be published for that ? However i don't have any issues of my husband meeting my son but i don't want to send him to his home to meet relatives.

You have to follow the court orders. Non compliance of court leads to contempt of court and that will be a criminal offence. You can ask the court to give you relief as per your query here. If the court feels that it will be good in the interest of your child by not meeting your husband's family then the court may pass a favourable order.

If court ordered for visitation to your husband as per the order, accordingly opposite part has to comply the order, if any one vilates the court order, aggrieved party will file application before court to proceeding contempt. Meanwhile how the order made, kindly contact

the police will not interfere in the matter yes but he can report the said fact to the court and the court may pass orders which may be against you as you have failed to comply with the orders without any valid reasons

if you do not send your son to his father on weekends even after the order of the court, it is not a matte for going to Police but it is a matter of contempt of the Court for which it is not the police to punish you but you will be answerable to the court .
