Regarding to make my wife to stay with me

Sir, my wife is living with me from 2years. She is staying with her parents. We have 1.5yrs baby. Me n my family members go to meet her n baby many times. And whenever we ask her when she's going to your husband's home ? Every time she and parents answer later on or after these many days. But whenever I contact them they again behave in a same manner. I have to take her but she didn't come. So please guide what process should I go for proper solution.

Hello Sir! if you are hindu by religion you can file application for restitution of conjugal rights in the court. thereafter, your wife will appear in the court to record her say on the same.
if you want to visit your child you can file application for visitation rights before family court.
