Regarding the visitation rights

Hi my wife is living separately with my 3 years old kid from last 6 months and not allowing me to see my son.. So I want to apply for only visitation rights without the custody as my son is below 5 years old

Yes you can apply for visitation rights without the custody of the kid . may I know which area do you stay.

You have to file an application under Guardians and wards Act seeking visitational right before the District Family court in whose jurisdiction the child is residing. Usually courts does grant visitation rights to non custodial parents.
