Regarding Spousal & Child Support

Hello, I got my divorce in Virginia last year. But my husband has stopped paying me Child & Spousal support. Is there any way which make him make the payments on time.
Pl. note that US divorce decree can be enforced in India only by filing a civil suit in an Indian court for a judgment/decree based on USA judgment. Once the foreign decree is executed as conclusive per Indian legal requirements, you can file a petition under relevant provisions of CRPC to receive child and spousal support.
