He never gave a single penny to Me inspire he made me emotional and takes contionous money for various causes. Now he said my parents do not want that this marriage goes contnous after making fool for such a long time . He said make agreement that he gave me X amount on particular date... Is this agreement is useful for me...if he will denies to give amount on agreement date to file any legal case.. Becos I want to clear all without legal . If there family gives me my all expenses outside only I would not go legal side . If not then I have to file case . Pls suggest me what is the role of this agreement?

First of all, when a person has cheated you, there is no advantage in again trusting him. Whether to go for court/legal, is you need to decide and ponder. But, based on shared facts herein, you need to get one agreement signed alongwith full money and execute. DO NOT SIGN BEFORE money. The Agreements need to be vetted by an Advocate. if he doesnt pay, with no other option left, you need to file Criminal and maintenance case against him. Regards

Hello, I have examined your all query carefully and I am of the opinion that you should go for divorce on the mutual consent basis after completing the memorandum of understanding I.e. An Agreement wherein the clause of payment of one time alimony or X amount regarding your all expenses before the finalizing the process of divorce petition or agreed on date specified in Agreement. You should file this agreement in divorce petition. if you wish to settle this matter outside of court then it will not be in favor of any party because still you will be legally wedded wife of your husband inspite of settlement outside of the court. so in your interest it is better to go for divorce on mutual consent basis. if you wish to consult further with me then please call me through the administrator of this website.
