I need one formal Letter for NOC from a Girl in Delhi working in AIIMS,New Delhi.
I am from Haryana and working in a MNC in Gurgaon. I met through shaddi.com and have mine & her parents involved in all discussions.After talking 1.5 years, It is concluded that we can't proceed for marriage. I just met her 5 times in tenure.
First met at CP (Requested by Girl Father to meet both child)
Met at Bahadurgarh Park with both family.
Met in Hospital at Delhi due to my father emergency heath
Met at my home with both family.
Met at her home with both family.
Since we want to be apart and move, I am worried and want a Official Legal letter, So that if i travel foreign with PR to canada or get marrried to another girl. She would not put a case for sexual or Keeping her in dillema /making fake promise for marriage or any other cases. Kindly suggest how to get a certificate to avoid such situation.
Once discussed, She denied to give her consent on phone.
First of all you must give a legal notice regarding all your things to her & in that you can ask for a noc that she should not have any objections and if you marry another girl. We can CC that to the nearest police station of your area also. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi Hope you have a good day. Query perused. Would advise you to consult with a brief synopsis. Basis which a draft NOC can be prepared and an intimation or intallah peshbandi application be filed with the concerned police authorities as a precautionary measure from false impleadment later on
