After a divorce, a woman has the option of changing her name to her former surname, just as she has the right to retain her ex-husband's name. Some women prefer to keep their ex-husband's surname to share the same name as their children, while others choose to move on by changing their name.

Name change is a simple process in circumstances where you do not hold a government job, do not care to get the name in your degree certificates changed or do not wish to travel abroad, As regards divorce: mutual consent divorce is a smooth affair getting over in 6- 7 months time.

I understand your questions so now you want to change the name and Divorce right yes it is possible so now you want to chainge whoes name and what you want to chainge your name first make a paper punlicatiom in any news paper your local language and make a casenin declarstipn suit in court then get a decree from. court and Divorce also you have to fallow the family court act so do you need any further legal help cantacte me thank you
