regarding my husband's Employment details

My husband (BHMS, MHA in hospital management) joined Allscripts Software Company Kharadi Pune in April 2019. I am applying as his wife that my husband is cheating on me by lying that I am not working after marriage. how to find his job details and employment details.
Dear queriest, if your husband is working and lying before you then, you can try to take out his salary statement or bank statement, so that if the monthly salary is credited then it will be proved that he is been employed and for more information in detail kindly contact me.

You have to ask Court to instruct your Husband to submit his Salary Slip and Employment Details on Affidavit. In case if he files False Affidavit, he will be prosecuted under Sec 193 of the IPC. Moreover, you have to hire a Spy to get his Employment and Salary Details or get instructions from Police to do investigation in finding out his Employment Details.

employment, salary details of the husband cannot be obtained from the right to information act as the said software company appeares to opearte on private sector, you may make approximations in maintainence petition and at the later, evidence stage of the matter, the authorized agent of the company can be called at court with directions to appear with employment agreement and salary details to prove your case.
