Regarding : My husband is cheating on me since last 5 years.

I am a mother of two children in which 1 is only 6 months old and 1 is 8 years old. my husband is cheating on me since last 5 years with my own sister which I come to know about a year ago but as I discuss all this with him he just apologies and make me trust on him that he will never do all this again but now he is repeating all this openly even in front of his family and my family. His family is not interested to solve this my father is too old and in last phase of his life. I ask him to leave me and settle down with my sister to resolve all this but in this also he is doing nothing. Right now I am with my parents and my sister is residing in some flat other than the our house against the family and my husband is working transport ministry Mumbai and he frequently travels to Delhi to visit my sister. At this point of life I am loosing all my hopes and do not what to do now? One more thing is that I am totally depend on him for my children expenses.

You should apply for judicial separation under the Hindu Marriage Act to give an opportunity to your spouse to repent and reconcile. In case this seems to be a difficult thing, you can file for divorce on the ground of cruelty. You can also file a complaint under section 12 of the domestic violence act as it tantamount to mental abuse.
