I want to file maintenance case on my husband for my daughter,as he left us a year ago and he have responsibility towards her well being and maintenance
hello sure you can file a maintenance case in family court as per your jurisdiction ,you can ask maintenance for you as well as for your duaghter ,if you are working women then you cannot ask for maintenance from your husband but still you can ask for your duaghter maintenance.

hi if he has left you both of you with any valid reason and not taking care then you could file petition for maintenance on the ground that he is not taking care of your child and other household expenses
