Regarding interim maintenance order of the child passed under dv act

23-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife filed an application for child maintenance under dv act. Question is wife has changed the surname of the child and the order of maintenance has been passed by the court. Is there any procedure that on ground of identity the order of Maintenance be cancelled.

No mere change of surname won’t change the relationship of yours with your child. You can’t shred off your obligations and liabilities of being a father. However if the amount of maintenance is too high or irrational you can assail the same. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks
