Regarding in the need of divorce

Actually my brother has married a lady who is disabled and who is more elder to him but here the point I want to refer is as she blackmailed him for marraige so on some consequences without seeking anyone's permission my brother took his own decision and married her but she cheated on him literally by not referring her personal life problems and moreover my brother was a 19+ years on the time of marraige does this marraige is valid any legal consequences will be taken on him what or is he in safe hands & how we can face her off legally can she do any harm to my brother through legal law please answer this question it will be very helpful to us to get out of him from this dreadful trouble
Hi...without attaining the age of 21 years boy can not Mary and such marriage doesn't have a validity in the eyes of the law and you can file petition for marriage null and void but she can file a false case against your brother

Dear Sir,
Such marriages called as void marriages and can be cancelled on the application of aggrieved party that is your brother. No male person can be married without attaining the age of 21 years as such marriage is void ab-initio. It can be cancelled easily irrespective of over age of the wife.
