Regarding husbands property after divorce

My husbands gotr is similar to my mothers. So if we got divorced then , how entitled am I too his property?

As far as the Gotra is concerned you botg are Sapindas to each other. Hence your marriage is voidable. In the next query you have no right over the property of your husband so don't hope for any share in. the property of your husband

A wife is entitled to inherit her husband's assets in proportion to her own. She does not, however, have a claim to her husband's property if he has made a will that excludes her from it. A wife is also entitled to her husband's ancestor's property. She has the right to live in her marital residence and the right to support from her spouse.
