Regarding how to proceed with Divorce

1: how will I get back the amount spent on my marriage 2: what punishment a person will get if he is giving ample amount of time to collegue by saying I am helping her 3: He always try to put allegations on me and abuse in every conversation. Cook all sort of stories 4:Threatening me to leak personal videos of my siblings

First of all you have to clear all the facts, it is not clear u r a women or a man but as i understand little bit i think u r a women, you have right to take divorce or seek maintenance or you can also file domestic violance case if he is abusing you and beating you for more information you can ask me on call

If you want a divorce then I can get the divorce done for you and if you want to take legal action against them then that can also be done. You can also get back what you spent on the wedding. And they may also get punished.

You need to file contested divorce for cruelty under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act. You can also file a complaint for domestic violence in your nearest police station . For further assistance, feel free to reach me .
