Regarding Gold Bills verification

Jwellery 2012 mein purchase ki thi uske sabi bills hain par covid ke baad usn shop owner ne apni shop sale kar di jo 2-3 times sale ho chuki hai or wo abroad shift ho gya kyunki uske bete wahi rehte they. Police mere bill accept nahi kar rahi hai mera 498A ki chargesheet file honi hai par unhone un bills ko accept krne se mana kar diya ki wo shop ab nahi hai or person b nahi hai to ye bill accepted nahi hai. Please sir help mein kya affidavit ke through unhe submit kar sakti hun

Hi sir , if the police is not accepting your bill keep it on records and it can be used and shared in court and this will help you . You can show the accurate picture with the help of the bills even the shop is now is sold . it should be presented in court. connect for more details and assistance.

If the police refuse to acknowledge your evidence, do not hesitate to present your bills before the court when the proceedings resume. Your rights will not be undermined. Stand resolute; there is no cause for apprehension.
