Regarding For Filing Divorce Case and queries on alimony

My wife is Working at AIIMS (Central Govt. Job) and Earning handsome salary. I`m working in a Private company having small Salary just to cater my house expenses. We are Hindu & Our marriage is going to complete 5 years and we have 2 kids (1 girl child (4yrs.) & 1 boy Child (1.5 yrs.)). My wife is not behaving good to me as I`m earning very low and insulting me for my income and her behavior is always rude to me and lots of other reasons. I`ve decided not to resist further and move to file Divorce/ Mutual Divorce. Please suggest on my few Queries:
1. If She asked for the custody of the Child in the court, will I be liable to Pay Alimony whichever she asks in the court or Court will penalised me for the higher amount.
2. Can I get Divorce without paying any Alimony to my wife.
3. Because I don't have any own Property and not earning good, will court says not to pay any Alimony.
Please suggest.
yes you can go for mutual divorce or contested divorce, in mutual divorce both party have of to decide each and every thing mutually that would include the custody of child and alimony she agreed that shit don't want any gift from you keep one child with with herself and fun with you accordingly you guys can decide on district thereafter coat and whatever you guys have decided that can be stated down in the court and Pandit

your primary question pertains to payment of alimony and maintenance, for which there is no straight jacket formula, since the same depends upon the facts and circumstances of each case. however, in the facts of your case it may be possible that the court may order very less maintenance or no maintenance, of your means of livelihood are just enough to maintain yourself, whereas your wife's earnings are way more than yours.
