Regarding filing divorce against abusive & cruel wife

Hello I got married in 2006 under HMA, since then my wife started troubling me by quoting derogatory remarks about me and my parents, even she has put false allegation of domestic violence against me in 2007 and dragged us to police station also. After that I started living with her away from my parents. I am living with her in a separate city from my home town since 2008, we have an 11 year old child also. by the time she has become more abusive & voilent and does not allow my parents to enter into my house and even doesn't allow me to visit their place. Since my parents are very aged now and I am the only son who is expected to take care of the them. Whenever I raise the issue of my aged parents she becomes more abusive and threatens me to drag to police station in front of my son. I have been facing this for so many years and gone into depression and having lot of mental stress, Me & my aged parents have completely lost the hope of living a respectful life. Please advise..
