regarding domestic violence and verbal abuse

i am working in central government .i am living separately with my 2 children in my parents house. i and my husband had issues because of his extra marital affairs and also her sisters domination .since i mentioned his illegal contacts and her sister as problem creator he is continuously abusing me with bad words , through wats app chats and calls .initially it started as physical violence , later on several warning given by my parents in family meetings it changed to mental abuse. He is continuously character assassinating my mom dad sister and whole family members who are all supportive to me .he is forcing me to give divorce .that too mutual. i am not ready for divorce for sake of my children .at the same time i couldn't handle this mental torture . what should i do now.. kindly someone guide me.is there any proof required to file dv

Abusive chats in WhatsApp and call recordings if available are enough to initiate a case for domestic violence against your husband and others. The protection of women from domestic violence is vast and can provide several reliefs.

actually as you are serving in the central government it is necessary for you to separate from the husband and to live along with your parents house. after that legal notice will be sent to your husband not to disturb you at any cost then file divorce
