Regarding Divorce For Hindu Religion

शादी 2020 में होने के बाद आपसी विचार नही मिलने के कारण 2022 में तलाक के लिए लोवर कोर्ट में केस लगाया गया परंतु सेक्शन 9 लगा कर अगस्त 2024 में केस खारिज कर दिया गया, अब मुझे क्या करना होगा जिससे तलाक़ मिल सके?
आपका सवाल पूरा नहीं है धारा 9 हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम के आधार पर कोर्ट कभी भी तलाक का मुकदमा खारिज नहीं करती है यदि आपका केस धारा 9 हिंदू विवाह अधिनियम के आधार पर खारिज किया गया है तो उसके लिए आपको अपना खारिज आदेश दिखाना पड़ेगा तभी कुछ हल निकल पाएगा

Agar Section 9 ke judgment ke agr apke parent apke sath reh rahe hai to 2 baate hogi
1. aap dono sath rahe ho gye (to do baate hongi) 1. ki apke bich sab theek hoga. 2 apke bich sab theek nai hoga(is condition mai toh aap apni problem explain karengi us hisab se hum bata sakte hai ki aapko aage kya legal action lena chaiye)
2 aaap dono sath nai reh rahe honge (toh aap apni problem explain karengi us hisab se hum bata sakte hai ki aapko aage kya legal action lena chaiye)
