Regarding divorce consultation

It's been 3 months for my marriage and I feel like my husband is cheating on me.. I feel like he's not interested in me.. Hez always busy with other girls..I am looking for divorce but I don't know how to proceed further
as you said your marriage took place near about 3-4 months ago so I think it is very early to judge any adverse condition so I think first of all you should talk to your husband regarding your issues then if you feel that your spouse is cheating you then you can take any hard decision with your spouse.

You will have to wait for one years to file application for divorce .However u can file application under Domestic Violence Act as it covers minute matters of harassment and cruelty and as your husband is cheating and involved with some other girl this also comes under the purview of cruelty .
