Regarding divorce case and dowry demand

Dear Team,ni wanted to ask one thing that can my wife go to court or any police station or can she do any claim regarding the gold jewelry that my parents made for her in our weeding because Me and my family has some issues with my wife and she always demands for the gold jewelry and said otherwise she will go to the court, So what my question is can she claim because that jewelry made my parents for him hard earned money so kindly help.

Yes ur wife can claim gold etc which is given to her by her family ,relatives ,friends during marriage and even by her in -laws that comes under stridhan. She can file an FIR under section 406 for criminal breach of trust and also a complaint case in court for returning the jewellery . However she will have to prove by substantive evidence that she also received jewellery from ur parents/in laws. Contact me for further help.

Yes she could ask for the jewellery and for that she could go to the court as well, as the jewellery made during the wedding or before/after the wedding are made for her and she is the rightful owner of those jewellery, those jewelleries are Streedhan and she has all the rights to claim that Streedhan.
