Regarding Decree Certificate from the court

मेरा सेकंड मोशन 22 मई 2026 को हो चुका है। इसके बाद मेरी पूर्व पत्नी (Petitioner No. 2) ने मेरे वकील से कहा है कि उसे Divorce Certificate की आवश्यकता नहीं है और यदि मुझे चाहिए तो मैं स्वयं जाकर इसे ले लूँ। लेकिन कोर्ट की ओर से कहा जा रहा है कि Divorce Certificate लेने के लिए दोनों पक्षों का साथ में उपस्थित होना आवश्यक है। इस स्थिति में मेरा सवाल है: क्या Divorce Certificate केवल मेरी व्यक्तिगत उपस्थिति में जारी नहीं हो सकता, या दोनों Petitioners की उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है? अगर मेरी पूर्व पत्नी कोर्

Namaste, aapke sawaal ka seedha jawab hai ki Divorce Certificate (Certified Copy) lene ke liye dono parties ka court me ek sath present hona bilkul zaroori nahi hai. Aap is case me Petitioner No. 1 hain, isliye aapko akele hi court ke 'Copying Section' se ye copy lene ka poora legal right hai iske liye aapki ex-wife ki presence ya consent ki koi requirement nahi hai. Court staff aksar apni suvidha ke liye dono ko bulate hain par ye koi kanooni niyam nahi hai. Agar aap is process ko mere through aage badhana chahte hain ya koi aur help chahte hain toh aap LawRato ke jariye mere sath ek Personal Consultation Appointment book kar sakte hain jahan hum face-to-face ispar baat kar lenge. Mutual Divorce ke second motion ke baad court jo decree pass karti hai wahi Divorce Certificate ka kaam karti hai. Certificate prapt karne ke liye dono pakshon ka sath me upasthit hona anivarya nahi hai. Aap akela ya apne vakeel ke madhyam se court me application dekar certified copy nikalwa sakte hain. Agar court staff dono ko bulane ki baat kar raha hai to aap Judge ke samaksh application laga kar sirf apni upasthiti me copy dene ki prarthana kar sakte hain. Aapki poorva patni ke na aane se decree ki validity par koi asar nahi padega

किस कोर्ट से आपका डिवोर्स हुआ है। जैसा आप बता रहे है ऐसी कोई शर्त नही होती है। कोई भी पक्षकार जाकर सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि ले सकता है। लेकिन उसके लिए जरूरी है कि आप दोनों की डिवोर्स केस कोर्ट द्वारा मान्य कर ली गयी हो और सपाट आर्डर कर दिया गया हो।

Aisa koi niyam nahi hai ki dono ki presence jaroori hai... Aap decree k liye apne concern court me proforma bhar k de dijiye aapko decree ki certified copy mil jayegi. Jo aapka final order hai divorce ka usi ko decree kahte hai uske alawa koi certificate nahi milta. aap final divorce order ki certified copy le lijiye court se that is sufficient.
