Q: Bad Relationship Ending with threat of self harm
I am trying to exist a bad relationship which has been pretty much on phone without any physical interaction. The other person adult 21 is threatening to harm himself or sucide that is putting me under pressure to maintain the relationship. What legal aid can I get to protect myself from someone who is obsessive and not willing to end.

Try to end it slowly by cutting the time you spend with him/her. If you don't want to stay and she/he is threatening to commit suicide you should not leave this immediately but try to maintain distance and leave within a month. When it comes to legality there is no harm to you unless the other person does something serious damage to himself. If he commits sucide (the chance of which is nearly zero percent) then you may suffer for small period of time otherwise there is no issue you can live your life happily without any problem if you leave him/her. First create a little distance and cut down the time you give to other person.

Aisa koi niyam nahi hai ki dono ki presence jaroori hai... Aap decree k liye apne concern court me proforma bhar k de dijiye aapko decree ki certified copy mil jayegi. Jo aapka final order hai divorce ka usi ko decree kahte hai uske alawa koi certificate nahi milta. aap final divorce order ki certified copy le lijiye court se that is sufficient.
