Regarding conjugal rights against my husband

நான் திருமண மீட்டெடுப்பது சட்டத்தின் கீழ் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து உள்ளேன்.இதில் எனது கணவர் இதுவரை கவுண்டர் தாக்கல் செய்ய வில்லை.எனவே நான் இடைக்கால மனுவாக என் கணவரிடம் எனக்கும் குழந்தைக்கும் பராமரிப்பு தொகை கேட்டு உள்ளேன். ஆனால் என் கணவர் தற்போது வேலையில் இல்லை தன் பெயரில் உள்ள அனைத்து சொத்துக்களையும் தன் அக்காவின் பெயருக்கு மாற்றி விட்டார். இப்போது நீதிமன்றம் எனக்கு பராமரிப்பு தருவதற்கு ஆணை பிறப்பித்தால். அது எவ்வாறு நடைமுறைக்கு வரும்.அவரிடம் தற்போது எதுவும் இல்லை.
