Regarding claim before divorce for spreading disinformation by
16-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
my husband asked about my pre marital affair,I freely said that everything.But he cheat me,he recorded everything and now used against me for blackmail also he demand for divorce.He sending this recording to my relatives,friends.Can I do complaint against him or can l claim in court against him for disinformation or dispirits before divorce case ?
you can file a 498a and there is some laws was is specially for women so that you will getting the remedy and also you can complaint about it to the national women's commission office so that he will compramise it and you can denied that all recorded by husband.
