Regarding change in caw cell complaint and maintenance complaint

My wife stayed with me only for two months and filed a complaint in caw cell after 4 months of leaving the house for which mediation went for 6 months in vain and now referred for fir. Also she has filed maintenance suit and in that she has added a lot many allegations which were not in original complaint. Can it be a ground of criminal complaint for us of false allegations and defamation ?

Filing a complaint or petition doesn't tantamount to defamation. However, if you are able to print your case after facing the whole trial, you may be entitled to file a case for malicious prosecution against your wife. I've dealt with several matters like yours. Firstly, you have to follow entire rule of law as per the concerned act. You have to appear each and every date before CAW cell and also appear before court of maintenance. You have evidence against your wife to prove then you can file complaint against your wife before court
