Regarding Alimony after Mutual Divorce

If Husbands provide Permanent Alimony as per mutual agreement to the wife and then can she claim Alimony again during the rest of her life even if she did not marry again.

nope if the wife is goin for mutual consent divorce then she can only claim permanent alimony once and for all and after the wife gets divorce she cannot claim maintenance again from her husband again in her lifetime whether she marries or not

Well, there is no law as such, that again and again, a Wife can claim Permanent Alimony after entering into a Mutual Divorce Agreement or after Court pronouncing Divorce. So, you cannot legally claim Permanent Alimony after Divorce at any point of time during your lifetime, even if you do not do Second Marriage.
