Regarding admission of my daughter.

Can I do admission of my 4 yrs daughter in Delhi. Beside having a divorce case in Mumbai. And my husband has asked for access of my daughter.
This is my response to you:
1. You must first obtain full custody of the child;
2. If you do the admission of the child without the court's order then it could amount to parental abduction;
3. Therefore given partial visitation rights to your husband;
4. Also give strong reasons why the child should study in Delhi? Location wise or syllabus/curriculum wise;
5. Only then the court will allow your daughter to take admission there or find alternate in Mumbai;
6. Consult a local lawyer and then only take steps forward.

You may do it but you cannot deny your husband to meet your daughter. Being parents both have equal right till the decree of divorce is not passed and custody is not granted (mostly in your case the custody will be with you). Dear Querist, as per query you have asked for taking admission for your daughter at Delhi since your divorce case is still running in Mumbai. You can take admission for daughter at Delhi there is no issue in that and also let your husband also have access to her but only on condition that he shall visit Delhi And you and your daughter shall not be in trouble for the same because of traveling
