Reg Wife not coming back and not allowing to visit my son

27-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife went to her parents place for Delivery. After the birth of baby, my inlaws and wife ill treated me and didn't allow me to even hold my son. After one month of baby, they never allowed me to visit my baby. Its' been 10 months and I haven't seen my son. I'm going through so much pain and not spending time with my son during his childhood days affects me mentally. I'm not able to focus on my work and going through a lot of mental pressure now. Please advice/help me what I should now.

You have every right to visit your child. File a petition for visiting rights. Since infant you can't claim custody of the child. Further file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights to bring back your wife to the matrimonial home.

when such a condition of your wife and even through the relatives and friends a force or ended in being you can approach the family court for the reunion by the way of filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and your wife is liable to answer the court in a two man and in accordance l a w and your wife should stay a genuine reason why he is separated from you and what are the consequences she is facing against her when she was lived under a single roof if no such valuation is provided before the court of law then the court will order restitution of conjugal rights and you must also initiate a separate petition of your child
