Refusal of the father to to care of the daughter

Husband and wife gets a mutual divorce and after the divorce , now the divorce agreement states that the girl child is the complete responsibility should be her father .now the father is not taking care of the girl child instead she stays in her mothers house , who is the legal person to take of the girl child.

1. you can file a case against your father who is not taking your responsibility. 2. you can lodge a complaint against your father in police station stating that your father has taken the responsibility. 3. you can take your mother's help and reopen the case

Dear Madam, Yes, the girl child till her legal marriage has a right to claim maintenance and/or compensation from her father. Under the agreement before the Court he has also undertaken to maintain his daughter but violated such condition. Ask your daughter to file maintenance case and it may be ended in compromise.
