Recovery of maintainance n divo

My husband fild false divorce case it has dismissed in haveri n interim allowed u/s125crpc of 10k /pm. But hus filed another false rev petition in dist. Court to dismiss interim ordered n changed resi. Address. Now I came to know that he stays in mysore working as senior architect in mnc .so can I file recovery petition in mysore?

u can apply apply for execution of the divorce maintenance order of execution of final recory of maintenance u have to appy for recovery of maintenancr amount in the the name of the couet whichvpassed the secree of the court which passed the dree amount

hi i understand your problem your 125 crpc maintainsnce case which court passed by the order before same court you will file a revovery of maintanance case that court only execute the order andvif in case you have to filed a recovery petition at mysore you shuld take permition in suprem court to file a case at mysore
