i heard sc has given guidelines in 498A husband can file dv on wife is it so.what are the new guidelines can we get pdf.
hi i understood your question but it is not come through pdf so do you want that draft will contact to advocates it is not sending through pdf exactly suprem court chainge the dv and maintenance case show the hua band property or any bank statement or any income statment wife will peroof it in the court thank you

The new guidelines in SC is husband can file an FIR alleging the wife for false 498A complaint. The husband may file an FIR against his wife as well for blackmailing or filing a fake 498A case against the husband. The police simply do not approve such FIR, the only exception being the case is invincible even the Police permits / allow such FIR.
