Received Contested divorce notice from wife ..is lawyer representation

I got a contested divorce notice from my wife . I have 1st hearing on 8th Feb ..due to my work commitments and my father testing positive for Covid ..I won’t be able to get time to appoint a lawyer …i will be going with reply to notice myself without a lawyer in 1st hearing..is it fine according to indian Legal procedures

you can easily search out and engage an advocate to defend you before the court. otherwise at the instances of any application for granting any relief against you may be allowed by the court and on such instance you had to approach appeal court to set aside or modify such order

This is not a proper way, that notice send may be the Concerned Family Court. You haven't rights to reply to same if it's send by the court. Nothing to worry you keep social distance, once you get time, consult with lawyer.

hai. the notice issued before the court u must appeared before the court or appoint a advocate otherwise u case will exparte. where is your native place i will arrange the advocate. next hearing date u file the vakkalath and objections aganist the divorce thanking u
