Re marry as soon as divorce is filed is possible

Can a girl who is has decided to file a divorce just go ahead and marry someone else just basis filing the case before divorce is granted?

once a girl has decided to file a divorce, she will have to wait till the final order of divorce and decree is passed and have to further wait till the filing of the appeal period is completed. optional both of you can file divorce by mutual consent and also apply for the waiver of the waiting period, this process will be much faster for obtaining the divorce

Well, before seeking a final Divorce Decree, either of the Spouses within the marriage institution are not legally permitted to marry with other persons of their choice without formally seeking Divorce first.

Hi as per the Indian penal code section 494, if any person is getting married without dissolution of marriage or Divorce then it's an offence .that person will face the imprisonment for 7 year But yes their are some ways where this situation can be handle If both of you are ready for marriage then yes their are certain possibility to do it For more info and concern regarding this issue then contact us and visit our website
