RCR decree vis a vis maintenance to wife

I am paying interim maintenance to wife and daughter rs 9500/- per month since Nov'2015. I got RCR decree and order in my favour in Oct' 2019 My wife didnot come back though i wrote several letters.she is happily enjoying maintenance. My daughter is 23 years now. My current age is 55 and income 15500/-per month. what should i do? should i appeal to district judge for withdrawal of maintenance to wife as well as my daughter since she is 23 or go to the High Court for redressal of this matter

dear client as per your query since you got the RCR degree in your favour and then also she is enjoying the maintenance per month sogo need to apply in High court for redressal of this matter you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

You can actually apply to the Hon'ble High Court to look into the matter as you have been paying maintenance when your daughter was minor, and now, since she has attained adulthood you can ask challenge for the existing order of maintenance.

if you have a change of circumstance and the maintenance is under 125 then approach the concerned magistrate. in all other cases approach the concerned judge first then the district judge. thereafter approach the high court.. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi University) Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
