RCR Case without living together

Me and my husband eloped and did register marriage in court. After that we went to our respective houses and never lived together under one roof as husband and wife. But after the marriage due to my pressure and stress I have abused him with unparliamentary words twice. Keeping this as one of the reasons and other reasons, my husband filed Divorce case under Cruelty. Can I file RCR case to get him back and live with him? Please tell me how to get back my husband.

Dear Madam, You are recognised wife of your husband and you can claim maintenance and also file RCR to get your husband. Further, you can enter into his house which is called matrimonial house and if himself or his family members obstructs then you may call police and also file Domestic Violence case and restrain them from entering into your matrimonial house as you are supposed to stay there.

if you think, you want to stay with him you can file rcr and at the same time go for mediation in the divorce case. it may get solved there as well. if you think that there is no possibility of reunion then no need for rcr. you can take maintenance and divorce. thank you
