RCR and FIR as per section 498A, 504, 506, 323, 354, 342 and 34

18-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has filed for RCR. I didn't attend any hearing yet. I left his cos of dowry harrassment and verbal abuse. I filed FIR after he filed RCR. Now he has taken AB and asking for settlement through his lawyer. He further says he has applied for quashing of FIR in high court. How should I proceed further ? Should I attend RCR ? Are there any chances of reunion ? I and my husband are from muslim community.

whether you should go and attend RCR or continue in his prosecution of dowvy case depends on whether you want to go back to him or want to separate permanently. Pro dowry demand is not easy . if I can locate your complaint and the charge sheet & evidence that you can give in court I will be able to tell what is better for you.
