If wife not living together for the last two years with her own consent. And husband already tried to get back her but failed. So what can husband do next for legal aspect. Does husband liable to pay maintaince, any past case reference please
if you want her to come back then you can file an application which states for restoration of conjugal Rights and followed which wife denies then it makes your case stronger for further legal proceedings if wife opts to go legally. there are plenty of Matters delt similarly.

if your wife has deserted you she is not entitled to maintenece for the period of desertion. even otherwise the claim amount for deserting reduces a lot if the wife has deserted you. you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
