meri wife ne up me 498a ka false case file kiya jisme usme usne mere saare family memeber mother father brother sister and uske husband sbka name daal diy meine allhabad high court me qurashing ke liye application di par high court ne case mediation center refer kar diya kya me ab supreme court me qurashing k liye application de skta hu kya mere ghr valo k name hatane k liye agr mera case meidation center me high court ne refer kiya hua hein to muje ek delhi me ache vakil ki need h

If things are not fitting in mediation then you need to go back to high Court …n only then u must move to Supreme Court …! Why r u wasting your option of HC bcoz HC has not dismissed your application ! See quashing is of two types :- 1. On merits 2. On basis of compromise
