I and my affair were both married to different person. My affair got me pregnant but I had to abort the baby. Now do I have any legal rights on him ? As I had his baby for a while and then aborted due to family reasons.

Well, you can convince your Affair to leave her Wife by giving Divorce and can marry with him or else, you can show Documents relating to Abortion to his Wife, so that, she starts compelling her husband for Divorce.

Well, legally speaking, your Status is today of an illegitimate Mistress of a Married Man, despite you are also married with someone else. You cannot seek Maintenance from that married person who forced you to abort child, considering, you need to prove, it was not a mutual decision.
