question abt ex hubby second marraige during mutual proceedings

Hi Team, during the mutual proceedings 6 month coolingtime husband got married and wife heard of it but she didnt know the girl name or where he lives in this corona time. When second motion date came, the wife confronted teh husband at court campus and he agreed he got married but as they were in court already , wife was in shock and went ahead and finished the second proceedings as she was not sure what to do at that time. Now she is waiting for her divorce decree order to arrive but is their any way that she can complain about ex hubby?
In this case, yes you can make a complaint against your Ex-Husband but I would like to know what remedy you looking for that because already you entered the first motion and further you completed mutual petition the second motion also. you can give a police complaint regarding the second marriage if the second marriage is true then your husband is and you proceed mutual consent for you are waiting for long time 6 months period is not necessary at present law
