Query related to second marriage.

Sir, nI was married to a man in arya samaj mandir.nWe took divorse through court. Divorse certificates was issued. My query is if I do second marriage and do registration for marriage, will the previous marriage affect the new marriage or I can register as a fresh marriage? Or do I need to submit documents before registering marriage?

Once you are divorced from you husband by court order then you can re marry someone else and there would be no difficulty in that. However at the time of registration you have to show your status as divorced and annex the divorce order with all the requisites. For any clarification feel free to contact

If you have got the certified copy of the divorce decree then you just need to upload that while registering for your new marriage. And it will all be under the category of new marriage registration. That will not create any problem because you are legally divorced through the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You are legally divorced which will not affect your second marriage at all. At the time of solemnisation and registration of marriage, you would need to upload your divorce decree on edistrict website. If you are concerned about whether your would-be husband will find out about your previous marriage, you need to disclose it to him eventually. There is no way you can hide it from him. You may consult me in that regard.

it depends upon whether you took divorce by mutual consent or contest.. if u took divorce by contest then you have to wait for at least 90 days and if you took divorce by mutual consent then you can start a new married life after getting divorce order or divorce decree...
