Query regarding relationship and marriage
07-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
After being in relationship and 'live in', if a man tries to escape and going to have marriage with another woman, this can lead him to trouble. Woman can file case, lodge FIR and stop marriage. But in my case things are opposite. Due to family's orthodox thinking, they manipulated their daughter and fixed her marriage with another person. Now, is there any legal way for me to stop their marriage and to get time to discuss with girl and her family as we have been in long relationship and have lived in together also?
Hello...
You can talk with your girl for that...My suggestion would be to first convince your girl then her family...Because for you the main is girl and if she gets convinced by you then her family will automatically be convinced...And if they create hurdles then you both can go for court marriage and can take a protection from High Court....by which no one can disturb you both or in no way can separate you both and your life will be secured...So relax and first convince your girl...as she is your priority...
For more legal suggestion you can call/text me...
Thank You...
