Query Regarding Quashing of Charge sheet in 498a


27-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
During Quashing of Chargesheet in 498a below were the words from HC Order: 8. Subject to the applicant depositing the amount of Rs.20,000/- as above, till the next date of listing, further proceedings against the against the applicant in the aforesaid case shall be kept in abeyance. I want to know how long my stay is as mediation failed and do i need to goto lower court now for signing??

hello mam/sir aap kaha se hai lko se hai ya bahr se agr aap lko se hai so mare office aa jaye mai apka case dkhta hu agr meditation fail ho gya hai so usko. lower court mai date ld hone cahiye. chargsheet abhi quesh hua hai ya nai abhi tk ja aap ake mil skte hai office so ache se bat ho skti hai sir.

actually such type of interim relief is always extended as per your appearance before the unable code during the matter are going within the trial court you can appear and put your things. once mediation is filled the case is open and the police is empowered to arrest the applicant
