Query regarding proceeding with mutual consent divorce

24-Jun-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My wife and her family have decided to go for divorce and have requested me to agree to divorce on mutual terms. This is my first marriage and I have no legal knowhow or understanding on how to address this question. Is there anything I need to specifically be prepared about at this point in time? After having discussed with my family, we also have decided to go for mutual divorce. But, is there anything I need to keep in mind or be concerned about before I say yes to them?
