Query on the procedding in crona covid 19

I hv my divorce case goin on under Dv act section 12 , sec 26 order 7 rule 1,vol 7 rule 1, sec 125 (1) B,498A,504,323,506,34 due to covid my lawer say only court is giving dates non of cases are heard or presented infront of judges also he says even if opposite party does not appear in court,court will not take any action due to pendamic covid situation is it true...... coz I really dnt feel that's rgt coz I hv been visiting the court but the securities at entry gate is not allowing me inside only my lawer just goes in & coms out and say next date but outside court som lawyers told we can do video cal processing is it correct plz answer my query as my case is goin on since 2018 somewer from feb i taught there is momentum but due to covid I feel again everythin s standstill I really need som guidance waty lawer is saying is true or he is misguiding plz som1 answer

in this covid19 situation court will not pass any orders. regularly hearing court will adjourn court will give date every hearing till final notification of high court of Karnataka pass . proceedings any proceedings if required sop guideline

It is true. The courts are taking advantage of COVID situation and avoiding people to file more cases showing that courts are not running properly. It is a fundamental right to have health and legal cases to be decided.
