Query about Mutual Consent Filing

13-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In my family case we reached agreeement for Mutual consent, in the draft petition they mentioned the previous case details. My question whether the previous case information will be there in the Judgement copy. I dont want that information in the Judgement details.

It is necessary to mention the previous case details in the divorce by mutual consent petition. But you can request the judge not to mention the earlier case details in the judgment while filing your proof affidavit after the cooling period of six months.

Most probably, the order will contain the Contents what ever mentioned in your petition. If you don't need it just withdraw the case and apply for fresh one. For a Better legal consultation, please contact us.
